The Pilates Resistance Ring is a critical exercise tool for strengthening hip and groin muscles which leads to improved hip stability and lower back strength. Our rngs are constructed of a softly padded fiberglass tension rings that yield a medium level of resistance when compressed. Pads on inside and outside of ring so agonist and antagonist muscle groups can be trained. This promotes muscle balance and toning symmetry. Pilates Ring
Pilates Medium Tension Resistance Ring - Double Gripped for Muscle Balance
This product is great, and really gives another dimension to the Pilates exercises. I recommend this product to anyone who is serious about getting toned and fit.
Strong & Sturdy
I use these rings to help build muscles in my dancers all the time. The pads are preferred since they are great for keeping the ring on my dancer's legs when they are doing plies, turns, or arm work. The material is more durable then some of the other models I have checked out and my dancers always prefer the rings I have bought to the models the studios buy.
Resistance Ring
I am a Pilates instructor and need a ring that provides a good amount of resistance for my clients. These rings work well for the price and provide a good level of resistance...the material is easy to grasp and the product is made well. There are rings out there that do provide even more resistance, but for the price, these are definitely worth it.
